Subject: SOS from Cochabamba

Hello Just a short note.
Cochabamba is under siege at the moment. The Nat. Gov. and friends want our local Gov. of Coch. to leave his position, as he is not of the thinking..... of the main party. The local Gov. house has been burnt in the main plaza and all roads leading into our fair city are shut now for three days. They threaten to burn the city down if our local Gov. does not leave his position. We are over run by people who are not of our city and they are creating complete chaos. This afternoon the towns people have decided enough is enough, so we may have an all out war with the outsiders. We have no food and the markets are empty, if you can get to them. Water has been turned off and any time we may loose electricity and telecommunications.
We ourselves are safe and the boys are a big help to us. Pray for our city and country and for all of us. We surely need it at this time...... Tim
